From the European Super League Baseball, based in 5 countries: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Portugal and 2 in Spain; All of them being legally constituted Societies for sports and commercial activity, in the discipline of Baseball, with the project in development of a league tournament that in our opinion is from the strictly PROFESSIONAL sense of sport.
We are obliged to request the National Recognition in Spain of Baseball as a legally constituted Professional Sport.
We call and exhort the CSD, the Office of the Spanish Migration and Immigration Service and the National Tax Agency to protect us under the same legal umbrella that maintains the Sports Federations that hire Tourists, such as Athletes and Professional Trainers, representing Spain.
As a legally established Organization we demand that they allow us to contribute to the sporting, economic and social development of Spain.
We praise and congratulate the work and effort of the National Senior Team in Prague.
We want to build on the basis of legality and cordiality.
We seek equality and the same rights and obligations or the same exceptions (if any) to carry them out within the Spanish national territory and to be able to work with dignity in this wonderful sport that is Baseball. Scaling this model and procedures throughout Europe. We want to make clear that we do it because we want to grow, an unquestionable right that all sport has at its core: Being the Best!
