WELCOME to Europe, the international Umpire and President of the Higher Council of Referees and Professional Scorers of Europe CSAAPE have arrived at the airport of Istanbul, Turkey this morning, from Caracas, Venezuela, for his training tour and certification of Referees, homologation of titles, seminars and master classes.
His presence in Europe and in Turkey, France, Spain and Portugal, ratify the commitment assumed by the International League ESLB and CSAAPE, thereby taking the first step in the training of Baseball Umpires and Scorers in Europe.
